In this digest, you\u2019ll find the latest updates designed to help you save time and focus on what matters most \u2014 finding the best candidates.<\/p>\n<h3>Faster Candidate Import with PersiaHR Extension<\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019ve significantly improved the functionality of the PersiaHR Extension:<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>More accurate parsing of applications<\/strong> on Work.ua and Rabota.ua \u2014 the system now recognizes more data and fills in candidate profiles even more accurately.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/persiahr.com\/resumes\/web\">One-click import<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 you can now easily add candidates to your database directly from the \u201cRecommended\u201d section on Robota.ua.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We carefully monitor changes on job search sites, so HTML resumes now look much cleaner and easier to read.<\/p>\n<h3>Improved Candidate Profile<\/h3>\n<p>This is the biggest set of updates. We\u2019ve done everything to make working with candidates as informative and convenient as possible:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Resume sources<\/strong> in the candidate profile are now sorted by frequency of use, so you can find the necessary information faster.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enhanced PDF recognition<\/strong> \u2014 the system now fills out candidate cards more accurately, and in the PDF tab, you can view the original version of the resume.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Viewing resume duplicates<\/strong> is now more convenient \u2014 all previous versions are available directly from the candidate\u2019s card without switching to edit mode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These changes help you analyze candidate profiles faster and avoid confusion in your database.<\/p>\n<h3>Easier Job Creation and Editing<\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019ve <strong>organized the recruitment stages<\/strong> \u2014 now, when creating or editing a vacancy, they are sorted by frequency of use. This allows you to set up stages for a specific position in just a few clicks.<\/p>\n<h3>Flexible Access Settings for Job Owners<\/h3>\n<p>You can now <strong>add a job owner to the system without granting access<\/strong> to PersiaHR. This is convenient if the hiring manager doesn\u2019t need to track the recruitment process and only wants to see the final result.<\/p>\n<p>And when needed, you can send an invitation later directly from the client\u2019s card \u2014 they will receive login details and can easily join your team.<\/p>\n<h3>We\u2019re Always Open to Your Ideas<\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019re confident these updates will make your work in PersiaHR even more comfortable.
