But if\u00a0records were made hastily, it\u2019s easy to\u00a0get confused in\u00a0them especially when you have to\u00a0work with a\u00a0large number of\u00a0applicants. <a href=\"https:\/\/persiahr.com\/\">PersiaHR<\/a> will help to\u00a0avoid embarrassing situations!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>To\u00a0make a\u00a0note go\u00a0to\u00a0the applicant\u2019s card, then go\u00a0to\u00a0editing mode and open Additional tab. Here you can see a\u00a0field for entries where you can write a\u00a0note or\u00a0comment, save the history of\u00a0correspondence from the messenger, enter questionnaire answers and specify any other important information. After you have created the note, click Save Changes button. Additional tab will now be\u00a0highlighted in\u00a0green. To\u00a0do\u00a0this, remove the check mark in\u00a0the corresponding field\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<h2>Filter comments by\u00a0jobs<\/h2>\n<p>Surely, you are familiar with situation when one candidate is\u00a0considered for several similar positions. In\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/persiahr.com\/\">PersiaHR<\/a> you can link one resume to\u00a0several jobs. In\u00a0applicant\u2019s card on\u00a0the left you can see comments to\u00a0the resume that you, your colleagues and customers have left. Now this information can be\u00a0filtered by\u00a0job.
