We are constantly improving PersiaHR to make your daily work even more efficient, faster, and more convenient. In this digest, you’ll find the latest updates designed to help you save time and focus on what matters most — finding the best candidates.

Faster Candidate Import with PersiaHR Extension

We’ve significantly improved the functionality of the PersiaHR Extension:

• More accurate parsing of applications on Work.ua and Rabota.ua — the system now recognizes more data and fills in candidate profiles even more accurately.
• One-click import — you can now easily add candidates to your database directly from the “Recommended” section on Robota.ua.

We carefully monitor changes on job search sites, so HTML resumes now look much cleaner and easier to read.

Improved Candidate Profile

This is the biggest set of updates. We’ve done everything to make working with candidates as informative and convenient as possible:

• Resume sources in the candidate profile are now sorted by frequency of use, so you can find the necessary information faster.
• Enhanced PDF recognition — the system now fills out candidate cards more accurately, and in the PDF tab, you can view the original version of the resume.
• Viewing resume duplicates is now more convenient — all previous versions are available directly from the candidate’s card without switching to edit mode.

These changes help you analyze candidate profiles faster and avoid confusion in your database.

Easier Job Creation and Editing

We’ve organized the recruitment stages — now, when creating or editing a vacancy, they are sorted by frequency of use. This allows you to set up stages for a specific position in just a few clicks.

Flexible Access Settings for Job Owners

You can now add a job owner to the system without granting access to PersiaHR. This is convenient if the hiring manager doesn’t need to track the recruitment process and only wants to see the final result.

And when needed, you can send an invitation later directly from the client’s card — they will receive login details and can easily join your team.
